Regenerative gardening moves beyond sustainability to improve the ecosystem by creating healthier soils, positively impacting the water table, encouraging biodiversity, and storing carbon.
At Stellar Roots Herb Farm we incorporate methods from Organic and Biodynamic farming and Permaculture to have a net regenerative impact on the environment.
And we can improve things greatly, in a relatively short amount of time, by focusing on a few key areas. Come and learn the tenants and practices of regeneration that help your landscapes to thrive. We will explore how we infiltrate nearly twenty thousand gallons of water with each significant rain, support thousands of pollinators, and have obtained nearly $20K from NRCS funding through practices we already employ.
Some farming, gardening or landscaping experience is helpful, but no matter your experience level, there is something useful to be learned!
INSTRUCTOR: Farm Owner Lindsey Sita Mann has been a professional Ecological Designer for nearly 20 years, utilizing regenerative practices to create thriving landscape ecosystems for homesteads, schools, farms and businesses. See more of her work with Sustenance Design.

Class Ticket Terms and Conditions
All sales for events, classes and workshops are final. Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable. If you cannot make it, send a friend instead!
Weather in Rabun County is variable. Classes will be held rain or shine. The Apothecary Barn is a cozy spot for gathering, in addition to ample garden space. In the event of serious inclement weather, we will reach out to reschedule. If you are unable to attend the new date, you have the option to receive a voucher for a future workshop or a refund.
If there is low-enrollment for a class, Stellar Roots Herbs may notify you of cancellation. In this case, you will have a credit voucher for future workshops or you will be able to receive a refund.
